紀律

紀律，好個困難的字。

最近看著的股票往下走，想想做投資和交易真的需要很好的紀律。
每天注意觀察市場的變化，每次交易設好自己的停損和停利。
沒時間其實只是一個藉口，經驗其實也可以從書上學來。
唉，好難喔～

運動也是一樣，稍有停懈，懶散就隨之而來。
這樣看來，任何事好像都是一樣的。
一扳一眼在我看來是個最無趣的東西，但是仔細想想，這跟紀律好像也是兩碼子事。
藉口一堆，其實不就是沒有紀律嗎？
看來，這是我必須學習的一門課了。
